Mindfulness-Quietening the Mind and Reducing Stress.

This will be a 7 week course looking at improving the way we live with stress. We will cover mindfulness practices that allow us to find some quiet and silence in our lives. We will look to establish this space within ourselves so we can develop wisdom and compassion for ourselves and our own situation, as well as for others and the position they find themselves in. Mindfulness will therefore allow us more clarity and understanding, which in turn will reduce the effects that stress can have upon us.
